Remembering the great loves.

Here we go again.

Time to delve into this darkness that passes for a heart nowadays.

Time to allow you, Occasional reader, a small peek into these occasional and strangely human emotions that litter my life.

I was sitting here immersed in a cloud of melancholic malaise thinking of past relationships and lost loves, and I couldn’t help but quietly wonder, “Where did they all go wrong?”

The demise of some of those relationships simply cannot be explained.

Some of them ended in a blaze of glory, with one of us leaving tattered, ripped apart and sporting holes that could never be repaired again.

Some of them ended quietly, with no fuss or arguments, with both just knowing it was never going to last.

There were those that somehow lost themselves and disappeared, never to be seen again.

Then there were the ones which I’m only slightly ashamed to admit I discarded for no other reason than I simply got bored with them.

So after going through my albums, I’ve decided that today I will post a little homage to my past loves, requited, real or imagined.

I just wanted to let you all know that even though you’re no longer in my life, I loved each and every one of you, in my own special way.
